Who left the lights on, when everyone left?

I myself hope that when Holloween is over (and our seasons too) that people will have the time and start using the forum again. I have learned many useful things that have saved me both time and money from this forum. I have also made my rentals safer for my customers because of things that I have learned. I do not post every day but barely a day passes that I dont find 5 minutes to check out the forum. To those with more experience in the industry I would like to say thank you for your posts, I have learned allot. Please come back to the forum when you have time, I feel that you give allot our industry and make it a better place for companies and a safer industry for customers.

I have not been on much since the redesign. It took me a long time to re register and like everything else I take the path of least resistance.

Ah, it's more than just the members not being around. After all, how many new "articles" have there been since it has been transferred to the new "ownership"? Basically, nothing has changed. The only difference is the change in ownership and management has alienated a lot of very productive members.

I do have to say this place is DEAD. On the other hand, at least Greg tried to do something. I for one, did not have the time to devote to trying to make a new industry organization work. That is a pretty grandiose plan that is way above what I, and most others, have the time to donate to. I wish AIRCO the best of luck but don't see it happening without a BIG dose of revitalization.

My hat is off to those that tried to make it work and I look forward to seeing what the off season has to offer as these individuals have more time to give it another try. Good Luck!

It's Funny.. the forum used to be so easy and quick to navigate and basically.. it WORKED....

Someone gets the idea to change things, when things already work and we end up here... Seems like it happens over and over and over again with som many things.

I to used to frequent the forums on a daily basis, but it was a) difficult to register and b) more confusing on the website navigation part.

That being said, I do appreciate the work that people put into changing things. I'm sure their heart was in the right place and had nothing but the best intentions.

Keep it Simple....

Scottie will never see your post, she can't log in unless she signs up for an account and it is too hard to find now!

I hate to hear the fact that its to hard to find the new account button... I will get with the programmer to see if they can make it a bit larger for everyone to see.

Somone needs to make some changes to try to get some new blood here. The problem is they look at A-irco as a business and as a business it failed. If it was me I would make it easy to log into the forum and get people to come back. Not saying you would get many to come back but you would get some. Many used both and for them it was easy to stop one because it was pretty much the same post at both by the same people. The forum needs to be seperate from the business side of it. The forum brings people in and once they post a while they can learn why they should join in other groups of A-irco. The forum should be easy to be part of and think of it as a magnet to get people here and then have other areas of A-irco they can go for deals and other rewards of being in that group. Right now A-irco has nothing to offer me so in that light they need to get that respect. Bring back the easy forum and start over and slowly grow A-irco as something other than a forum.

If this stayed a forum I'm sure many more would be advertising on here. Some know whats happen and want no part of it. Its time for someone to change something around here because right now its real bad. Need new blood.

The old A-irco was just fine with me! I'm sure if scottie knew this would of happen she would of still had it. I know she was missing in action but at least everone was not missing in action.

Oh No, the armchair quarterbacks coming out! I too thought the requirements would kill the forum.

Ok the site has now added a larger Sign Up Now BUtton to aid in those that cant seem to find the regsitration button link as it was mentioned.

Hope this helps so people do not have to look around for the registration link.
