If you are on the volunteer committee be sure to check your email. I have been sending out reminders for the conference call meeting on 1/10/08.

If you are not getting them and you volunteered, be sure to check your email on your account. Some have been coming back with error messages that the email account is no longer valid or closed.

Sorry if it upset you, but we wanted to make sure that the meeting this week was known to everyone since we got a lot of heat last week about people not knowing about it.

I have taken you off the Volunteer group list

All you have to do is program your outlook to move all of them in a folder. I do this very often. I have not deleted a email in maybe two years. Sounds crazy but I often go back to them when customers or events say something I need to go back to emails from the last year to fresh up what happen and what I need to do this time around. They help. I only delete junk emails. I hate them. I hate the people that somehow find me and send me junk emails. They get my name off the websites that list companies by state. I get them every day.

I can live with too much email. I just hate my fax machine. Every day all day and most of them are not even for me. I want to put my fax on the do not fax list. I just might get a new number for my fax.

I hear ya on that moving stuff...

I get at least 500 junk mails a day now from the AIRCO site alone not to mention all i get from my own email addresses.

When i send out a bulk email to the entire bored i get between 200-500 bounce backs everytime.. i have been working hours to get the bounces off the forums list, but man its time consuming..
