All you have to do is program your outlook to move all of them in a folder. I do this very often. I have not deleted a email in maybe two years. Sounds crazy but I often go back to them when customers or events say something I need to go back to emails from the last year to fresh up what happen and what I need to do this time around. They help. I only delete junk emails. I hate them. I hate the people that somehow find me and send me junk emails. They get my name off the websites that list companies by state. I get them every day.
I can live with too much email. I just hate my fax machine. Every day all day and most of them are not even for me. I want to put my fax on the do not fax list. I just might get a new number for my fax.
