I received an email from them.
Check out the website, they offer insurance for a low cost.
Does any one knows them?

FUN PRO IS THE BEST RIGHT NOW! MANY OTHERS ARE STARTING TO POP UP AND SEND JUNK AND TRY TO CALL BUT I'LL STAY WITH WHO I KNOW AND WHAT WORKS BEST. I KNOW HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO HAVE A GOOD INSURANCE AND THE LAST THING I WANT TO DO IS LEARN A NEW INSURANCE. I'M NOT INTERESTED IN SAVING A LITTLE MONEY. IT WOULD HAVE TO BE A BIG DEAL AND JUST LIKE ANYTHING ELSE JUST BECAUSE THEIR CHEAPER AND CAN SAVE YOU A BUCKET OF MONEY DON'T MAKE THEM THE BEST. I LIKE FUNPRO BECAUSE THEY ARE RATED GOOD AND I CAN MAKE MY OWN INSURANCE CERT. MY LAST INSURANCE WAS VERY SLOW WHEN I NEEDED CERTIFICATES. I CAN DO THEM MYSELF IN MINUTES. I HAVE HAD A CALL ON A FRIDAY AND WAS ABLE TO PRINT INSURANCE AND DO THE EVENT AND WITH ANY OTHER INSURANCE I WOULD OF NOT BEEN ABLE TO DO THAT EVENT. IF I RECALL THAT WAS A $4,000 EVENT. NOT HAVING A GOOD INSURANCE I WOULD OF LOST THAT CHANCE.
IN MY OPINION FUN PRO IS THE BEST THAT THE INFLATABLE WORLD KNOWS ANOUT. IN THE AMUSEMENT SIDE THERE IS MANY OTHER OPTIONS THAT ARE TOP NOTCH INSURANCE BUT I REALLY DON'T WANT TO PAY THAT MUCH RIGHT NOW. THE GOOD PART OF GETTING IN WITH THE BIG COMPANIES IS THEY WILL NOT KICK YOU OUT. WHEN THE INSURANCE GOT CRAZY BEFORE MANY STOP WRITING AND DID NOT RE NEW. THE BIGGER ONES MAY STOP WRITING BUT WILL ALWAYS RE NEW THEIR CUSTOMERS. SOMETIMES IT PAYS TO PAY MORE. I COULD GET IN WITH A BIGGER INSURANCE COMPANY RIGHT NOW JUST INCASE THE INSURANCE GOES CRAZY BUT i FEEL FUN PRO IS ON ITS WAY UP THERE AND I HAVE NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT. IT IS A BAD FEELING WHEN YOU CAN'T GET RE NEWED AND HAVE NO WHERE TO GET INSURANCE AND YOUR STUCK GOING WITH A COMAPNY LIKE LOYDES OF LOUNDON. I'VE DONE IT ALL. I KNOW THERE IS BETTER THAN FUN PRO OUT THERE BUT I FEEL GOOD WITH FUN PRO AND I DON'T WANT TO TAKE A CHANCE WITH ANYONE ELSE.

Well I was just working on a post myself regarding FunPro.
I just met with my agent today, Wells Fargo which i have been with for 5 years. I also got a quote from FunPro.
Funpro was almost 4000.00 more for the exact same coverage. I was SHOCKED to say the least, everyone talks about FUNPRO being cheaper all the time and I was hoping... but it didnt work for me.

FUN PRO is not cheaper, at least for me. Pricing by unit vs pricing by estimated gross income works out costing us a lot more in the end. Plus FUN PRO has a lot more limitations on what units you can rent, example, no splash pools allowed on water units.
I got an email from InsureAir too, but I'm almost positive that they will not be able to beat my current agent/insurance price. Plus my agent is in the same state and I can't see anyone beating his customer service.
There is nothing more frustrating than when a renter needs a COI with them named as additional insured at 2:30pm on a Friday and your carrier is three hours ahead and the event is the following day.
Just something to think about.

Please understand that insurance programs are not a cookie cutter for everyone. Pricing depends on where your business is located, what type of business, how many units, gross sales, years experience, and loss history, and a few other items.
We are appointed to write the Funpro program but we also write with 8 other carriers for those that do not fit the Funpro profile. When you call our office, we go over your application, website, and loss history before submitting to the carriers so we know where to send the risk to to get you the best pricing.
We have an online cert request that goes right into our system and we have authority with most of our carriers to issue certificates from our office so you do not have to wait for it.
As a fyi, the Funpro program is base on per unit, and has limitations on what they will accept. All the other carriers we write for base premiums off of gross sales. The more units you have, for example 25 or more, a program based off gross sales might be better if you are over $100,000 per year.
Any questions please call me!

I tried to get a quote from Wells Fargo Acordia insurance and after a month of leaving message I never could get a response.(I hate calling and calling, I feel like I am begging someone to take my money)
Have also seen and heard of the limitations of Fun Pro's policy. I actually have to carry 2 liability policies. I have the inflatables on one with CSI and I have all my other equipment with Scottsdale. Scottsdale is the only one I have found to insure my hot tub rentals.
I probably end up paying more then I should but I am covered.
I shop insurance every year but over all coverage for the money and an inland marine policy included CSI has won my business year after year.
As stated, it is not a cookie cutter program. It is a good thing to shop but you really have to look the coverage over, not just the premium.

Tony, as a suggestion:
Whenever you use two insurance companies to cover one risk its always a good idea to have each agent review the other policy and exclusions for any challenges that might creep up. There always seems to be a challenge there when you use two agents and two companies, especially when a claim arises.

Just to respond on a old post above! Not as many write for California as they do other states and most even charge more for California. The first time I changed to Fun Pro I saved $8,000 and my insurance price has got better since and the next time I re new it will go down again for California because the last time I re newed I missed it by three days.
Fun Pro for me is the best I have had because I like doing my own certificates. That alone has made me make more money. I've been getting many calls for a free insurance quote and I tell them I'm not interested. The last time I switch to save money thats when the insurance got crazy and no one was writing and the one I had did not re new anyone. So I have to say saving money is not as important as being with a insurance company that will stand when the rest fall. I don't want to be stuck paying $10,000 more than I should. If I ever did anything to save money I would have more than one insurance and keep funpro for my event stuff and have another for my other stuff. I do own more than one inflatable business and right now both are insured with Fun Pro. But like I said I'm beyond happy with Fun Pro and I would not change to save $2,000. I feel I could lose more than that not being able to do my own certificates. Fun Pro is also rated very high and is approved by all my events so why rock the boat to save little money. If I ever did split up my insurnace I would still keep funpro. Fun Pro is just perfect for what I need and its worth paying more!

Just to let you know, this is my second year with CSI, I get the COI the same day and Endorsements in less than 24 hours.
I used to work with FunPro, but 15K difference on the Premium makes the difference.

It was past 5:00 on a Friday and I got a call to do a event and all I needed was insurance and I was able to do it. 24 hours is not bad but one minute is pretty good. I'm very happy with what I'm paying right now. Sure it would be nice to pay less and save money but for me its worth being able to do certificates. This year I called a event and they were excited to have me but was not sure I could get the insurance on such short notice. Got it so fast they thought it was fake. Thats the funny part. I just tell them my insurance is lazy and I do all the work. I tell them I have to enter all my account info and it gets done fast. When I'm not in a rush I'll wait a day before I send the insurance just so they don't think its fake. I only had two mention to me that and I never had any problems. They were just surprised I got it that fast. Some events the guy that gets their info first gets the event. Trust me thats the biggest thing for me is having fast insurance.
before I tried to save money years ago I had a real good insurance that all I had to do is send a email and it was done in 30 minutes. I tried to save money and the one I had fell and the only place to go was lyolds of london and now I got a good one again and it will be hard to save money. You never know how good of insurance you have until the insurance get crazy. It really sucks to have over 100 events to get insurance and you loose insurance because you were not with a good company

Well not sure how much you own or have to insure but me my insurance is cheap. I have a few one day events where I make enough to pay my insurance in full. I don't but I could. For what I insure my insurance is pretty cheap!
Don't forget I'm in California and not everyone give us a good price. Some charge us more for stupid reasons. My first four years I had a new insurance every year. I'm happy where I'm at and I'm not going to rock the boat.
I'm sure if I was in another state I might have a few more good options but California does not have many that offer good insurance for a good price. From what I'm learn save money and loose quality. I've found middle ground and I'm happy.

I know you are happy with Fun Pro, their pricing and what they offer you, but do you insurance shop every year? We saved thousands after we switched from Fun Pro to the Inflatable Risk Purchasing Group and they have only been offering coverage in CA for the past year and half or so. And for the huge size of your business, I bet it would be great to offer your customers/events and water slide with a pool too.

Greg, I don't think your agent wants folks calling him. When you do call the office they direct you to call a local Wells Fargo insurance office. That leads to a dead end. They are in some sort of fog. Some others have relayed the same expierence, so I would say it's not worth it to call!

Well i have to disagree.. he told me he will help anyone he can with coverage.
dont call there talking to just anyone, that would be why you get directed back to a local agent.
If you are not getting him to call you back email me your name and contact numbers and I will forwarded them to him myself..
I have a meeting on tuesday 5/6 to disucss the group rate stuff again.

I just re newed with Fun Pro and I could of saved some money but I'm happy so why save and learn a new insurance company. I love making my own certificates. By the way my insurance with Fun Pro did drop a lot so I'm more than happy. Last year I re newed two days past the day when they drop prices for California. This year I saved!
