Bounce House Rentals brought up a good point to discuss in the old forum so I thought I would bring it up here as well.

What do you do if there is ever an accident in your bounce? Did your insurance carrier supply you with an accident form or discuss Risk Management Training. What should or what should you NOT say to a customer who has lodged a complaint?

I honestly do not know. Our insurance carrier gave us no instructions. They did not supply us with an an accident report that we should fill out. I am going to call and find out what their policy is on risk management after an accident.

Are your insurance writers giving you any instructions in risk management in any way? Do you have an accident report?

I will scan in and e-mail the booklet I recieved if you want to look at it, it is very informative it also includes all the required forms to fill out in case of an accident. Again I am using Waterfield Insurance 800-284-6687. They are using Lloyds of London.

I want to start including some risk management info in our Documents Package. I think that the imformation is important to have.

I do not know why insurance carriers would not be supplying this info to everyone. It seems like it would benefit them greatly if everyone knew the correct procedures to follow in case of an accident.

I would need approval from the insurance company before I posted the document here.
