This may be a stupid question, but I am going to ask it anyway....lol!

We are in our first year of our outdoor rental business. How imprtant is it for us to go to IAAPA in November?

Started in the business last year, went to my first IAAPA in Nov. 06. It is actually essential to go to. If you can go, GO! My wife and I went there confused about what our next step was and left there even more confused, but VERY MUCH MORE INFORMED. This is on the manufacturers, quality, new ideas, etc. We know what to look for more this year and can't wait. I really suggest that you save one day for playing if you can. That way you get to go see other things and get other ideas. Another thing to look forward to is the meeting of the forum members. Just to hear their story and experiences is awesome.

I'm in my 3rd year of business and still have not gone to the show yet, but we are trying to make it this year.

We went for the first time last year. We totally enjoyed ourselves. Had fun and learned some things. If you can go, go. There is much to see and do there. Our daughters (18 & 20) want to go this year. (They help out with the business)

It makes a difference when you can actually see the item (and try it out sometimes)

Really, we would love to come just to meet everyone and put a face to a name. Traveling across the country with the little ones for a week makes me think that I would have two headaches at the same time...1) Migrane 2) Financial headache.

Do all the manufacters put out everything that they sell or just their new items for that year?

Most inflatable companies put out both new equipment as well as some of the bigger sellers. Ninja will ALWAYS have mods in one form or another. E will ALWAYS have some sort of lightweight combo.

I will be there for Sure....... Ready to golf blake? lol and Chris I will be waiting for my Twix Bar and the great HEIDI I will be waiting for my Mellonball.

I'll try to save some mellon balls for you Kyle, but Orlando might be out of them by the time you guys get there because Jim, Nora & I are starting the party on the Saturday before the show, we might be in re-hab all ready by Tuesday!!! or kicked out of Orlando

Havent finalized anything yet. But definately want to get down there Sunday, so I can play golf with KYle and some others, then help Heidi and the others off the floor and out of rehab. LOL

Well, I will probably only be there for one or two days this year with Twix bars in hand! Since Darla is pregnant and all (Due December 21st) I will need to be close to home then. Plus, I will probably be staying in Mount Dora at a winter home of one of my friends. There's plenty of room if anyone wants a free place to crash for a day or two. The house will be vacant. It's within 15 feet to Lake Dora with a few Jet Ski's and boats for entertainment. The house is only about 1/2 hour from the exhibit hall in Orlando.
