Customer pick-ups are now allowed with AIRCO.. Why A-IRCO has changed its policy, as to membership in A-IRCO, concerning inflatable rental companies that allow customer pickups? A-IRCO still promotes the practice of inflatable rental companies delivering, setting up, and cleaning all inflatable rentals, by the trained staff of the inflatable rental company. We have chosen not to exclude inflatable rental companies, from membership in A-IRCO, that allow customer pickups, as long as they provide proof and documentation, to A-IRCO that they trained the customer on the proper set-up, operation, cleaning , and take down of each inflatable rental. The inflatable rental company that allows customer pick-ups can provide A-IRCO an overview (ex: paperwork, video training, etc) of the training they provide to the customer. A-IRCO will also require these inflatable rental companies to have the customer sign and return the A-IRCO Acknowledgement Form, for the rental company to keep on file for 2 years.
